Served six years in the Army during Vietnam, and heard about VRC from the VA North Texas hospital.
Meet Dan
Welding Training Program
Served 25 years in the Texas Army National Guard and deployed to Bosnia in 2000, retiring in 2009. Needing a career change, Dan reports welding “is one of the best things I’ve ever done. I enjoy it, and I’m pretty good at it.”

Welding Training Program
Served in the United States Marine Corps from 1997-99. Tim chose welding because “it’s a career, not just a basic job.”

Welding Training Program
Served four years in the United States Army on active duty. Colin chose welding because it’s a “great, productive way for me to go forward in manufacturing and industrial areas, like fabrication. I think it’s going to be conducive towards having a family and being a more in-depth participant in society.”
